Technical Lead/manager of Mobile Applications

**Job Duties**
- Lead a team of talented developers to help drive the next-generation of company mobile apps
- Keep fluent communication with UX designer, product team and customers in different time zones (Spain, Turkey and California)
- Develop code for iOS platform and be able to debug bugs in Android
- Manage software release cycles of both iOS and Android platforms
- Participate in the design of new features and estimate development effort
- Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation and manuals

**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives
- 1+ years of experience of Android development
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend team on a full-stack solution
- Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
- Excellent knowledge of software development cycles and code maintainability using GIT
- Strong knowledge of issue and project management software like JIRA
- Good knowledge of UX design tools will be a plus
