(Translation) Associate Project Manager

IQVIA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to manage the translation development projects of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs).
**Job **Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of translation and linguistic validation projects, with adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget
- Help manage the extraction, translation, and integration of content across various languages and platforms
- Coordinate project meetings, draft agendas, and detailed meeting minutes
- Coordinate linguist recruitment and manage vendor SOWs and trackers
- Communicate with translation vendors and linguists to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including translation glossaries, style guides, and project plans
- Collaborate with instrument developers, science advisors, and/or COA managers for concept elaboration, as needed to perform translation reviews
- Conduct preliminary quality checks and reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency within a language and across all languages included in a study
- Record QA findings and communicate effectively with translation providers to resolve issues before project finalization and client delivery
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and challenges
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the translation process, escalating to senior project managers when necessary
- Monitor and maintain quality in project documentation, deliverables, and reports
- Manage multiple, parallel complex projects simultaneously
- Follow company and department SOPs and WIs
- Partner with other project managers to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Bachelor's degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, International Studies)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be a strong asset
- Strong grasp of project management techniques required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, parallel complex projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with translation and localization tools, such as TMS and CAT tools
- Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of project documentation and deliverables
