Aktuell suchen wir **vier Translation Project Manager (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit in unserer Zentrale in Mönchengladbach oder remote.

**Was dich erwartet**
- Als Translation Project Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du direkt an der Schnittstelle zum Kunden und betreust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm
- Du berätst deine Kunden zu unseren Sprachdienstleistungen und managst multilinguale Übersetzungsaufträge von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Du entwickelst individuelle Kundenlösungen und optimierst kundenspezifische Prozesse. Dabei behältst du die wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Blick
- Du kommunizierst in einem internationalen Umfeld und arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Sales, Translation Engineering, Quality Assurance und DTP zusammen

Du unterstützt das Onboarding neuer Kunden und identifizierst neue Geschäftschancen sowie zugehörige Entscheidungsträger

**Was du mitbringst**
- Du hast ein Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Übersetzen, Sprachwissenschaft, Marketing, BWL absolviert oder bringst einen vergleichbaren Abschluss mit
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einem Sprachdienstleister
- Du überzeugst mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ausgeprägter Eigenständigkeit und Selbstreflexion
- Analytisches Denken, eine pragmatische Herangehensweise und die Fähigkeit zum Priorisieren bestimmen deine tägliche Arbeit
- Du kombinierst deine kundenorientierte Grundhaltung mit Flexibilität, unternehmerischem Denken und einer agilen Arbeitsweise
- Dank deines diplomatischen, lösungsorientierten Kommunikationsstils agierst du sicher mit Beteiligten auf allen Ebenen
- Du verfügst über fundierte PC- und Office-Kenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen CAT-Tools
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst zudem über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
