**Keeping our crews where they’re needed most**:You’ll manage crew scheduling efficiently and cost-effectively, always in line with safety, punctuality, and compliance standards.

**Navigating rules with confidence**:You’ll ensure all crew duties are assigned according to the approved FTL scheme and regulatory guidelines, helping us stay safe and compliant.

**Solving real-time challenges**:Operational hiccup? Weather delay? Crew absence? You’ll react quickly and find smart, people-focused solutions that minimize disruption and keep the day moving.

**Supporting crews on the move**:From standby crew allocation to travel and accommodation coordination, you’ll liaise with our internal teams to ensure every crew member is where they need to be - comfortably and on time.

**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- A degree in Aeronautical Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field to ground your understanding of the aviation environment.
- Advanced English skills, written and spoken - essential for our international operations. (You'll take a test during recruitment.)
- Flexibility to work across shifts - we operate 24/7 and so does our Crew Control.
- Previous experience in aviation operations, crew control, or even a call center is a big plus.
- A calm, resilient mindset and a sharp problem-solving instinct - you’ll often handle complex, time-sensitive situations.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first approach - your empathy, clarity, and reliability will build trust with our crews.
- Bonus if you already know your way around the operational side of airlines
