Crew Travel Officer

**How will it be to work with us?**:

- You’ll collaborate with hotels, transport providers, and other partners to arrange travel and accommodation for crew members, making sure every detail is covered.
- You’ll work side by side with the crew control team, ensuring seamless coordination of positioning, schedules, and last-minute changes.
- You’ll keep daily accommodation and positioning records up to date, tracking crew movements and adjusting plans as needed.
- You’ll modify travel and lodging arrangements in real time, adapting quickly to disruptions and operational changes.
- You’ll ensure all crew travel complies with Flight Time Limitations (FTLs), safeguarding both safety and regulations.
- You’ll serve as a point of contact for crew members, assisting with questions, updates, and last-minute needs, always with a problem-solving mindset.

**What will make you succeed in this position**:

- A degree in Tourism or Aeronautics gives you the right mix of travel and aviation knowledge to navigate daily crew logistics.
- Experience in travel agencies, hotels, or reservations equips you to handle last-minute changes, negotiate with providers, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Background in customer service or call centers means you know how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and solve problems fast.
- Fluent English is essential for working with international crews, while French or Italian will be a valuable plus in our multicultural environment.
- Being assertive, proactive, and sociable will help you make quick decisions, build strong teamwork, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced OCC setting.
