We are hiring an** Crew Scheduling Planner** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Monthly planning and optimization of Volotea Flight & Cabin Crew while complying with flight time limitations, company standards and costs
- Monthly planning and scheduling training for Flight deck and Cabin Crew according to annual needs
- Monitor monthly’s main KPI and develop new analysis tools within the department
- Create and maintain training qualification, expiries, crew categories and contract status on AIMS database.
- Working in a team of Crew Planners and coordinate with other departments such as Training, HR, Chief Pilot Office, Cabin Team, etc

**What you will need**:

- Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Test will be done during the recruitment process)
- Engineering, mathematics or similar background
- Previous Workforce Planning / Transport Planning / Scheduling experience is desirable.
- Computer literate (MS Office) and any additional Microsoft or other professional IT background. Excel is a child’s game for you
- Knowledge in programming languages and/or optimization tools is a plus.
- Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, have initiative and be creative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
