It is an innovative and rapidly growing sector that is displacing hotels as the preferred form of accommodation. - Based in Valencia and with sales teams in the USA, in Avantio you will discover a highly qualified team, made up of top-level professionals, in an international environment. **Description**: Daily duties of the team: - Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.- Support the team in other markets as needed.- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).- Support at customer events in the market.- Support in market development and system adaptation.**What are we looking for?** - Native or bilingual in English.- High level of Spanish.- Proactive and positive attitude.- Service oriented.- You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.- You are passionate about customer care.**Useful**: - Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French...- A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.- You like to work in a team.
