We are looking for an Accounting, Tax & Compliance Manager located in Súria (Barcelona).
Supervises the daily activities in the accounting department, analyses, records, tracks, and audits financial information for all companies under ICL Iberia.
Responsible for tax accuracy in daily operations for all companies, and tax reporting and compliance with Spanish Tax Authorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the accounting department, overseeing daily operations such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish tax regulations and manage tax reporting for all ICL Iberia companies.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and disclosures, ensuring timely filing to meet local compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits and accurate financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain robust financial control processes, enhancing accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting, tax declarations, and compliance with Spanish GAAP.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to drive strategic financial decisions that align with business objectives.

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
- A finance leader with 5+ years of experience in accounting and team management.
- Experienced in working with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledgeable in Spanish GAAP and tax regulations.
- A strong communicator with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent in English
