**Mid-Level B2B Account Manager**:
**Location**: Valencia (Primarily in‐office with hybrid potential)
**Start Date**: June 2025
**Base Salary**: €36,000 gross + Commision Bonus (uncapped)

**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- ** CEO Apprenticeship (Months 1-3)**:

- Partner on sales calls and demos with U.S. prospects
- Craft outreach cadences, proposals, and closing strategies
- Manage CRM data, forecast pipelines, and report KPIs
- ** European Market Leadership (After Month 3)**:

- Develop and execute your own go-to-market playbook for EU regions
- Prospect, qualify, pitch, and negotiate with key decision-makers
- Close deals—and exceed targets—while driving repeat business
- ** In-Office & Travel**:

- Be based in our Valencia HQ most days, with the option to work remotely as needed
- Regularly travel to meet clients and attend industry events across Europe
- ** Strategic Collaboration**:

- Feed market insights back to the leadership team
- Help refine our value proposition, sales materials, and growth strategy

**Who You Are**:

- ** 3-5 years** of B2B sales or account management experience (tech, services, or related fields)
- Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding** revenue targets in a fast-paced setting
- ** Extroverted**, persuasive communicator who thrives on forging new relationships
- ** Highly resilient**—you view rejection as a stepping-stone to your next win
- ** Startup-minded**: comfortable wearing multiple hats and pushing through long days
- ** Fluent in English**; additional European languages (especially Spanish) are a plus
- ** Travel-ready** and eager to hit the road for client meetings
