Valencia, Spain | Full-time | In-office | International travelWe are a fast-growing international startup expanding across multiple markets and looking for a mid-level B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia.This is an office-based role with regular international travel , working closely with clients, distributors, and partners across Europe and beyond. The role offers strong upside potential as the company scales.What you’ll do Develop and manage international B2B client relationshipsProspect, negotiate, and close new business opportunitiesGrow and retain existing accountsRepresent the company at international trade shows and client meetingsWork closely with internal teams to execute deals and follow throughMaintain a structured sales pipeline and forecastsWhat we’re looking for 3–6 years of B2B sales experienceStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsFluent English requiredAt least one additional language required (any additional languages are a big plus)Comfortable with regular international travelProactive, organised, and commercially drivenValencia-based and available for full-time in-office workCompensation All-in monthly compensation: €3,000–€4,000 gross , depending on experience and performance(Includes base salary + performance-based bonus)Why join us Above-market compensation for ValenciaInternational exposure and frequent travelFast-growing startup environment with high upside potentialDirect impact on revenue and expansionClear performance expectations and room for growth
