Glovo is looking for a world-class Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. Are you ready to help us build, drive and align communications internally? Are you able to work with numerous stakeholders across international markets coordinating key projects to engage our employees?

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Participate in the organization and delivery of hybrid and high impact events for our +3000 employees worldwide: Culture Days, Glovo Festivals, Stand Ups, Community and D&I events, etc.
- Play a key role in defining the strategy and upscaling our internal communications channels: Slack, newsletters, Intranet, corporate blog; monitoring and moderating them on a daily basis.
- Assist in the development of communications standards, guidelines, playbooks to educate the whole organization, business units and communities on effective internal communications practices
- Support various departments, teams, and stakeholders by working collaboratively and cross functionally on strategic project launches and communications initiatives via copywriting, editing, content creation, communications guidance, rehearsals, etc.
- Track and measure key data to draw actionable insights and optimize the success of our Global internal comms initiatives.
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high quality content and maintain communications and branding materials up-to-date.
- Reinforce messages around our Business, Vision & Culture to increase employee awareness, alignement, understanding and engagement.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Communications & Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Communications/Marketing/HR
- Previous experience in participating in the organization of global events
- Previous experience in content creation for different channels and audiences
- Great communication and project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with multiple stakeholders, including designers and video-editors
- Organized, proactive, and creative
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
