**THE JOURNEY**
**Content Strategy**
- Support in the development and execution of a strong Global internal communication strategy and plan that drive employee engagement, involvement and recognition.
- Content management & implementation through strong project management skills: Lead strategic global activations across different departments & markets, liaise with key stakeholders.
- Ideation, development and production of creative communication material eg: videos, posters and other office design material, digital assets for intranet, slack and other internal channels
**Event Management**
- Coordinate and support the organization of internal events, global webinars, global townhall meetings and employee recognition programs.
- Provide training and guidance to speakers and support in the development of global presentations (global town halls and webinars); support in the ideation, development and production of creative materials & concepts for global events.
**Measurement and Reporting**
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the impact and reach of internal communications, and present findings to the leadership team.
**Crisis Communication**
- Assist in developing and executing communication plans during critical incidents or crises, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches employees.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in Global internal communications, Global Corporate Communications or related field. Preferably in a fast-paced Tech environment.
- **Excellent English** level is a must, both written and spoken.
- **Exceptional Writing Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: need to remain calm during crisis and the pressure of any last minute changes or events in progress and be resourceful to find solutions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Event coordinators will need negotiation skills to work out budgets with managers and suppliers.
