All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **Role**: We are looking for an operational leader who has strong collaboration and relationship skills to support the Head of Internal Communications, Global Events and Employer Brand in building internal communications plans that allows understanding and adoption of the business strategy, culture and values. Along with standard communication requirements, such as developing specific internal initiatives and campaigns, this role requires stellar writing skills in English for our C-levels, the ability to translate difficult concepts into simple language and a desire to innovate in the way messages are shared with a diverse, vibrant, and global audience. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and develop the Internal Communications team, while being accountable for what Internal Communications delivers to our internal stakeholders and/or audiences - Bring structure and improve current planning and processes to ease the team’s work, and allow all employees to find information easily - Co-create (with your manager) the internal communication plan and roll it out worldwide - Support the Leadership team in their communications to employees, suggest/enrich scripts for their internal talks, town halls, internal events - Ensure that internal and external messaging has a unified voice and consistent messaging, working with the MarCom community (e.g. product launches, organisational announcements, acquisitions, industry news and events, employer branding campaigns, etc.) - Work hand-in-hand with our Culture, Employer Branding, Events and CSR teams to ensure alignment of our People Promise (Employee Value Proposition) - Develop new and innovative ways to share messages that resonate in the new hybrid work model context **Skills**: - Strong People Manager with great leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal competencies - Good business acumen to serve as a strategic partner, who understands business and product issues - Proven track record in developing and delivering engaging internal communication plans in support of business priorities (8-10 years’ experience) in a fast-changing environment - A good understanding of US and French cultures, and a strong cultural sensitivity would be highly beneficial - High-level copywriting and proofreading expertise in English - Self-starter who drives empowerment and accountability - Great influencing and negotiating skills at all levels (including C-levels) - Fantastic team player who is not afraid to get their hands dirty - Native/mother tongue level of English a must have. - Knowledge of French would be a plus - Tech savvy. ideally with an understanding of AdTech or the broader tech industry, or eager to quickly learn about our great ecosystem LIAZ1 WTTJ At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
