About the role**:

- Join AkzoNobel, a global leader in coatings operating in over 150 countries, as a Customer Service Representative supporting our **Spanish Yacht coatings business**.-
- Coordinate internal sales activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, quotations, and queries
- Process orders promptly using our SAP system
- Manage invoice and credit control procedures
- Resolve customer order questions and issues
- Build product and customer knowledge to identify solutions for customer needs
- Update and maintain accurate records
- Work safely and efficiently-
- **About you**:

- **3 - 4 years previous experience**in a customer service department or similar client-facing role
- Experience in an export business
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP
- **High level of Spanish and English** (Italian is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- **Organisational skills**and attention to detail
- Commitment to supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards-
