**Sobre el perfil**:
Buscamos un perfil de** Execution Manager** con experiência previa en el sector bancario, especialmente en productos de **Global Transaction Banking**. El profesional será responsable de coordinar y asegurar la entrega del portafolio de proyectos GTB en EE. UU., trabajando de la mano con equipos globales y reportando a negocio.

**Funciones**:

- Gestionar la **ejecución de proyectos GTB**: Cash Management, Liquidez, Pagos, Receivables y Comercio Internacional.
- Actuar como punto de contacto clave con el **equipo de negocio en EE. UU.**
- Realizar **reporting ejecutivo** y seguimiento de avance, riesgos y mitigaciones.
- Supervisar **presupuestos**, recursos y planificación.
- Gestionar escalaciones y coordinar con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
- Asegurar la alineación con las políticas y procedimientos del Grupo Santander y SHUSA.

**Requisitos**:

- ** 7 a 10 años de experiência** en procesos y tecnología GTB.
- Conocimiento de **productos bancarios GTB**: cash management, pagos, liquidez.
- Dominio de herramientas como**:Payments Hub, Equation, Confirming, LoanIQ, Trade Innovation**.
- Inglés **fluido**, tanto escrito como hablado.
- Experiência en **gestión de proyectos y programas** a nível internacional.
- Capacidad para preparar **reportes para alta dirección**.
