Farmy AG, a renowned company in the Food and Beverage Retail industry, is seeking a part-time HR and Office Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. We're a transparent online market with over 14,500 handpicked products from more than 1,000 genuine producers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and our strong team of dedicated employees, including the IT specialists working in Barcelona. As our HR and Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our team, selecting and onboarding new members and ensuring the efficiency and well-being of our BCN ecosystem. Tasks
- Manage and maintain employee records for a team of 20-25 employees (full-time employees and out-staff), including personal information, compensation, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Administration of vacation schedules, accounting for time off, sick leave, timesheets, interaction with the Factorial provider
- Administration of the office lease agreement, incoming/outgoing correspondence, interaction with the office landlord
- Purchasing for office needs and office equipment for employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
