This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions and is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field - An "Internship Agreement" from your University will be required. Availability for a minimum or 6 month internship (25/30h per week) Strong organizational and communication skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) Nice to have: Previous experience in HR roles What We Offer: A valuable learning experience in a dynamic HR environment and a truly international team – talented professionals from 20+ nationalities.
