**Function Overview**:
As part of Global Operations, you’ll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. We’re building a world-class operation and you’ll be empowered to make a difference so we can better serve our customers with an easy, connected, and flawless experience.

**Role Overview**:

- You provide the tourists with full and high
- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
- You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.

**What you will do**:

- You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

**Who you are**:

- min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)
- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Arabic, Russian, Chinese are mostly welcomed.
