Consultor senior en Customer Data Activation, con experiência en gestión de proyectos CDP, Personalización y MarTech en plataformas Salesforce, Adobe o Tealium. Experiência en liderar equipos de data analysts, y apoyo a la preventa técnica de proyectos de Customer data complejos.

**Requisitos**:
**Experiência en**:

- Proyectos de Customer Data activation (CDA) en entornos corporativos CDP, DMP y Datalake.
- Integraciones API/Streaming con ERP, Marketing Clouds, Ecommerce, Eventos Web/App.
- Casos de uso de Marketing, CRM, Servicio al cliente y Loyalty.
- Gestión de equipo técnicos y partners.
- Interacción con cliente corporativo final.
- Creación de propuestas técnicas/RFPs y ofertas comerciales.
- Apoyo a la preventa técnica, realización de demos y POCs.

**Sólidos conocimientos de**:

- Plataformas CDP tipo de Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Tealium, Segment o equivalente.
- Metodología de ejecución de proyectos de CDA.
- Estimación presupuestaria y de riesgos de proyectos de CDA.
- Modelos de datos de cliente y segmentación para activación omnicanal en Salesforce, Adobe, Google, Paid media, Social.
- Mecánicas de armonización de identidades, integración de fuentes, creación de audiencias, integración de canales en CDP.
- Inglés nível alto.

**Conocimientos deseables de**:

- Plataformas de marketing automation y personalization. Salesforce, Adobe, o similar.
- Aplicación de modelos de machine learning: Churn, Cross sell, Loyalty, NBO, NBA.
- Certificaciones en CDP.
- Certificaciones en Data analytics.
