We are a creative production and post production house. We differ from most production companies in having our own in-house post-production studio, with animation as our distinctive touch. This allows us to control the entire process without limiting our creativity.Only this way we can ensure that the final result will be exactly as we imagined. Despite being a young company, we have a wide international scope that has led us to work for clients such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Riot Games, Gatorade or Columbia Records.

We are currently seeking an experienced COMPER SUPERVISOR to join our creative advertising team in our Barcelona office to work alongside our Artists and other Leads to deliver high-quality work for our clients.

**You will**:

- Develop, maintain and redefine competitive employee engagement and support strategies (compensation, terms of employment, perks, benefits), developing new ways to confront it.
- Manage artist reviews, artist training and project scheduling to help develop and nurture career growth
- Carry out current HR policies and procedures; implement new policies as and when required
- Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution techniques; provide training and coaching to employees in management and supervision position
- Deal with disciplinary and grievance procedures and practices as needed
- Lead continuous feedback cycle through project mid and post mortems, end-of-show and annual performance review processes
- Represent and nourish studio culture through thoughtful, transparent and focused leadership
- Collaborate with the Office Manage to provide leadership and mentorship to the Facilities team in organizing morale-boosting events
- Manage postproduction artists and managers' schedules, holidays and disponibility, specially regarding extra hours managing.
- Propose and manage postproduction trainings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an artist management or resource management in visual effects, animation or gaming
- Required Skills/Competencies
- Understanding of CG terminology, and a thorough understanding of the processes and disciplines involved in CG post-production
- Proven administrative, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent administrative, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of personality types, perspectives and talents
