**Summary**

The IT Technician will provide knowledge and support to ensure that hardware, network, and software systems are implemented and supported effectively throughout the European offices of H2O Innovation.**The role is based at our Bilbao's office in Spain (Bizkaia**_**, **_**Basque Country).**

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to H2O Innovation users;
- Frequent travel to H2O’s offices in Europe to support, improve or implement different software’s;
- Participate in the management of tickets and user requests: define priorities and ensure follow-up;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the User Support department to improve the satisfaction and overall efficiency of users;
- Participate in different projects for the IT department;
- Anticipate future needs according to the IT support department activities;
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation;
- Performs other related duties.

**Knowledge, skill and education level required**
- College degree in computing or IT support or the equivalent;
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365 (Forms, Power Automate, Excel);
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken);
- Experience with an ERP would be a plus;
**Salary and other benefits**
- Annual salary ranging from €35,000 to €40,000;
- Working calendar according to “Bizkaia Metal Agreement” and wellness days (12 per year);
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
