**We are looking for**
- At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- Leadership Skills: capable of leading and motivating their team, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Organizational Skills: keep a project perfectly organized, ensuring structured, centralized, and up-to-date documentation at all times.
- Excellent Communication Skills: communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the team, clients, and senior management.
- Technical Knowledge: have solid technical knowledge in the relevant area to understand the project's needs and challenges.
- Time Management: efficiently handle deadlines and available resources to meet project objectives.
- Problem-Solving: face challenges and obstacles during the project development, so they need to make quick and effective decisions to resolve issues.
- Results-Oriented.
- Knowledge of retail banking, investment banking, and capital markets, as these will be the focus of the projects to be developed.
- Digital Project Knowledge.
