The mission of a Business Performance Analyst is to provide valuable insights of performance and develop new analytical frameworks to ensure that the different domains operate according to expectations, with a strong focus on the company's global profitability and the discovery of potential new opportunities.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Perform complex data analysis partnering with other teams to gain a deeper understanding and inform business decisions using a methodical and logical approach to dealing with data, such as sales, ancillaries, pricing, market, demand, competitors
- Build case studies and what-if analyses to evaluate the impact of new products, business features, pricing changes,
- Build meaningful and appealing reporting while owning the monitoring of domain-specific KPIs and Metrics with insightful analysis
- Develop a Business Plan, Budget & Forecast integrating external trends and internal priorities, initiatives and risks
- Identify new opportunities for the business.
- Experiment and try different ways to solve a problem; reflect, share or propose ideas.

- Have an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and critical thinking: You can quickly spot changes in the dynamics of your area, find out root causes and be able to assess impacts.
- Are self-driven with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Have experience with Data Visualisation, retail analytics and Modelling, which will be a plus.
- Have fluent English.
- [Nice to have, not a must] Can routinely write efficient, legible, and well-commented SQL or Python code.
- [Nice to have, not a must] Have 2+ years of experience in the area of product/business analysis or other relevant work experience and knowledge.
- Are intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, hard-working and have good business intuition.
- Have the ability to communicate complex results to less quantitatively sophisticated users.
- Can conceptualise (including setting the right requirements in terms of Data & modelling capabilities) and extract insights from Data.
- Are eager to work in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly, and you can have a great impact on company growth and development.
