The FinancialForce Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on innovating and delivering a continuous updates process and program of our ACCELERATE Customer Lifecycle Experience solutions. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and delivering process flows, tools, and improvements to our continuous innovation strategy as well as articulating the strategic direction to increase adoption of FinancialForce solutions for our customers to benefit the value of our products and services.

This position requires exceptional interpersonal and technical skills, someone to work with many departments such as partners, solution engineers, other product managers & customers to ensure that the requirements are clearly defined. Additionally, you will be comfortable communicating with individuals and teams from both technical and commercial backgrounds. You’ll understand the value to our customers that each investment brings.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**

**Strategy**:

- Collaborate with Sr Management to ensure corporate, portfolio and strategy directions are represented and prioritized in our roadmaps
- Work closely with ACCELERATE Leaders, Executives and Competitive Intelligence to understand the target customers/prospects and the competitive environment
- Define priority investments needed across to deliver on the promise of a cohesive end to end business process for continuous updates
- Leverage your knowledge of how an organizations work within these end to end business processes to drive investment strategy
- Articulate and drive business cases for strategic initiatives such as “zero business disruption” continuous updates, usage telemetry in context of maturity level etc.

**Go To Market**:

- Work with key stakeholders to participate in the launch of new releases and its deployment to existing customers
- Present new functionality to customers and partners as part of the new release process
- Drive cross-company strategic adoption projects/programs

**Release Planning & Delivery**:

- Research and prioritize release requirements through customer usage metrics data, discussions and formal elicitation methods, including customer ideas, customer meetings, and customer advisory boards to deliver on an end to end business process
- Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Release Managers, Product Managers responsible for each of our products, and User experience through each of the steps from planning to release delivery and updates to existing customers
- Collaborate closely with other product managers and product strategy managers to shape the product prioritization and roadmap, including taking suggestions and ideas from prospects & customers
- From the Statement of Direction & investment priorities, define the key epics and ensure these are represented in each release planning cycle across all related products
- Own the PM responsibility for ensuring that features are ready to ship, according to the product team readiness criteria and checklist

**Customer Engagement**:

- Frequent interactions with our key customers to gain an understanding of their top business issues, how our solution addresses their business process, feature gaps and opportunities for improvement

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Ideally as a single product owner with 360 degree exposure, driving prod
