Sportradar is currently entering an era of exciting business growth and, as such, our Talent Acquisition team is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who will define and execute our hiring strategy and expansion of our Spanish business, Managed Platform Services (MPS). Our Talent Acquisition team is a fun, global and diverse multilingual group of recruiters who are passionate about attracting and hiring the right people for a fast-growing global business.

THE CHALLENGE:
- Building and executing our localized hiring strategy in Spain (in Seville and remote roles across Spain)-
- Partner with our MPS Leadership team to deliver against this plan, including close coordination with finance and local People Partnering to track vacancies and hires against the regional budget-
- Hands on delivery-focused role across the areas of Engineering and Product-
- Localized process implementation and hiring team training-
- Building a data-driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally-
- Take the lead on all Employer Branding initiatives within the Spanish marketYOUR PROFILE:
- You must be an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a track record of working for a scaling, technology organizations-
- Track record of hiring at all levels across - from interns up to Director level-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and most importantly positive approach and high energy-
- Culturally sensitive and aware—we’re proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity-
- Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior managementOUR OFFER:
