**Job description**:
A fantastic opportunity has opened up in Quintas Energy for a trilingual Talent Acquisition Associate proficient in English, Italian, and Spanish. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our organization's success by ensuring the seamless recruitment and onboarding of top-tier talent.

Here's what the role entails:

- Conducting interviews and reporting findings to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Managing reference checks, background screenings and coordinating technical assessments.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of employment offers.
- Providing new hires with essential information and guidance on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Contributing your ideas to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Contributing to the implementation of new Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:
**_What we're looking for:_**
- Minimum one and half year experience in a recruiting role, ideally in Renewable Energy.
- Degree in Psychology preferably, although ADE, FICO, Laws, or equivalent will be also considered.
- **Languages: High Level of English, Italian, and Spanish are Essential**: Given our operations in Spain, the UK, and Italy, your proficiency in these languages is non-negotiable. Your ability to connect with talent across borders will set you apart.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; ATS skills are a plus.
- Enthusiasm, Self-Motivation, Flexibility, and a Passion for Supporting the Recruitment Function.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and Handle Sensitive Information Professionally.
- Adaptability and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentational and reporting abilities.
- Ethical behaviour and discretion with sensitive information.
