- A fluent level of Norwegian with exceptional grammar and spelling skills (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- High level of English (both spoken and written).

- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Part-time contract (20 hours/week)
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday (10:00 - 14:00)
- Salary: 9,230.77 € gross per year plus knowledge bonus after completing probation.
- Indefinido Contract (1 month probation)

- 24 days holiday per year on full-time basis
