Danish Speaker Customer Service Representative- | Portugal (Remote) Position: Customer Service Representative – Danish Location: Braga, Portugal (Remote) Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 08:00–17:00 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Start Date: 5 March 2026 Job Description We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international remote team supporting premium automotive and digital service projects. The role includes handling customer requests, providing professional support across channels, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards. Candidate Profile Fluent Danish speaker (C2+)Strong communication and customer service skillsProblem-solving orientedComfortable working in a remote international environmentPrevious customer service experience is an asset Salary & Compensation Package Base Salary: 1500€ (14 months) Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day Complexity Bonus: 80€ per month (11 months) Position Bonus (Braga): 20€ per month (12 months) Health Insurance: Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required) Free after 6 months of contractRelocation support avaible Legal Requirements Candidates must have one of the following legal statuses: EU ID Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse Visa Type D + NIF Please note that visa support is not offered.
