**The role**
- We operate on a product management operative model, being General Ledger and Asset Accounting, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Tax, and Travel & Expenses, all of these within Financial Accounting product group.
- Team has global scope and responsibility.

**What you’ll do**

- You will serve as a business analyst between the IS/IT & the Business stakeholders. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements.
- Take ownership to define, drive and deliver the technology roadmap together with the Product Manager, the solution architect, and the business stakeholders for the area in scope, by analyzing, documenting and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Partner with Tax function and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
- Develop, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.

**Minimum qualifications**
- Key to this role is a solid knowledge of finance processes in SAP S4 and/or Central Finance (Controlling, management accounting, Tax, Order to Cash, Source to Pay).
- Academical background in Engineering, Financial Accounting, Tax or similar.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Financial Accounting domain with Tax focus.
- Strong stakeholders management and experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Project Manager certification would be a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana (or participated in the upgrade) and Central Finance would be desirable.
