IT Financial Operations Business Analyst

We are looking for as IT Financial Operations Business Analyst to be part of our IT Finance & Legal team.

**The role**

In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & business consumers and customers. As part of the product team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advice on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those as global IS/IT solutions for the Group.

**What you’ll do**
- Key assignment will be to drive the S/4 Hana core ERP implementation for the General Ledger and Asset products.
- Take ownership to define, drive and deliver the technology roadmap together with the Product Manager, the solution architect, and the Business stakeholders for the area in scope, by analyzing, documenting and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
- Develop, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Key to this role is a solid knowledge of basic Financial Accounting in an SAP context with focus on General Ledger and Assets, integration with Record to Report flow, Treasury flows connected to accounting (Electronic Bank Statements, payments, etc) and other modules (Controlling, management accounting, Tax, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Hire to Retire).
- Expectation is 6 years+ working in the area of Financial Accounting domain with consolidated experience working in a Corporate international complex environment.
- Developed in the key nestle Leadership Framework skills: result focus, proactive cooperation, and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and Central Finance.
- Previous experience in implementing SAP S/4 Hana.
