Due to significant recent and ongoing growth in our fast-paced environment we're now looking for a Manager to join our Employee Experience team in EMEA.

This new role will be based in Spain but will support a number of our countries across EMEA. It provides a unique opportunity to be part of a world class HR team rapidly scaling across EMEA. This role can be based out of our Barcelona or Madrid office, or remotely in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR policies, processes and manager support for a number of our markets in EMEA on all HR operational elements (e.g. compliance, competitive benefits, manager coaching & development)
- Regional manager of Employee Relations process, grievances and investigations across EMEA
- Identify and implement policy developments and best practices for grievances, disciplinary and investigations across EMEA
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Act as a true partner for our people and first line managers in the region, providing advice, support and coaching
- Partner with the regional and global People Teams to roll out key people processes & programs locally
- Work with managers and employees to build a positive and engaging work culture aligning people decisions with core values

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in a rapidly growing technology business
- In-depth understanding of employment law and regulations in Southern European geographies
- Requires in-depth knowledge of ER processes and protocols across multiple EMEA geographies
- Experience managing grievances, disciplinaries and investigations in multiple EMEA geographies
- European language skills
- Flexible to travel periodically
- Self-motivation and assertiveness - the ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
- Passion in embracing operational excellence and driving ongoing improvements
- Equally comfortable partnering with employees and VPs and moving regularly between the tactical and strategic priorities.
