We are expanding our teams in the **space sector** to provide administrative support to GMV's Purchasing and Procurement Department in the area of **navigation systems**.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

In our team you will **support the administrative processes and documentation of the Department**. Your main functions will be:

- Compile and prepare administrative documentation for proposals and contracts.
- Follow up on contractual review procedures, including follow-up with reviewers, preparation of documentation, communication with third parties and archiving
- Any other administrative support that may be required by the department or the department's clients.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

For this position, we are looking for an administrative **with an interest in document management**. We need you to have a high knowledge of:

- Microsoft Office
- Windows-based tools for managing and storing documents.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken

We also value experience/knowledge with tools such as Jira or Redmine and a second EU language (Spanish, French, German).
