We are looking for a **Contract Officer** to join** Purchasing and Procurement Department of the Navigation Area**.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

As a Contract Officer,** you will be play a key role in the selection and negotiation of contracts and agreements with GMV partners for different business opportunities.** Your main functions will be:

- Preparation, review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts, NDA, MOU, etc.).
- Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation.

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

For this position, we are looking for **Graduates in Law**, with a solid knowledge of **Commercial Law and International Commerce**, knowledge of **Business Administration and accounting practices** and a **high level of English**.

Fluency in an additional EU languages (German, French...), knowledge of the Space Sector or similar industrial sectors and negotiation skills would be an asset.
