We are looking for a contract officer for software projects in the aerospace sector.

**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

You will join a dynamic team of experts in contracts with public and private entities, such as the European Commission, the European Space Agency and other bodies linked to the aerospace sector. You will develop functions such as:

- Drafting of contractual documentation;
- Analysis, management and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Analysis of applicable documentation in the framework of tenders/procurement processes organized by national and international public and private entities;
- Legal/contractual support in the preparation of bids and the request for bids from subcontractors and suppliers;
- Legal/contractual support to technical staff in the framework of projects;
- Analysis of legal texts (legislation, jurisprudence, doctrine).
- The aforementioned activities will be carried out both for the Spanish subsidiary and for subsidiaries located abroad

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We need a graduate in **commercial law and intellectual property** related to software with at least 2 years of previous experience.

**Fluent English,** level C1/C2 is required as all documentation, dialogue and negotiation are carried out in English. Providing a third language such as German, Portuguese, Polish... etc. An advanced level of MS Office is also a must.
