In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing our CRM systems to improve sales efficiency, revenue forecasting, and overall business performance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, driving automation, and providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making across sales operations. **Key Responsibilities** CRM System Management - Maintain, enhance, and optimize CRM platforms to support revenue operations and sales team efficiency. Data Integrity & Analysis - Ensure accurate data management within CRM systems, conducting audits and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality sales and customer data. Sales Performance Tracking - Analyze key sales metrics such as pipeline health, bookings, conversion rates, and goal attainment to drive revenue growth. Forecasting & Reporting - Support revenue forecasting by integrating CRM data with financial planning tools, providing insights into revenue trends and operational performance. Process Automation & Improvement - Develop and implement automation solutions within the CRM to streamline sales operations and improve reporting accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and improve overall sales effectiveness. Sales Quote & Pricing Support - Assist in maintaining and optimizing sales quoting tools, ensuring accurate pricing structures and margin analysis. **What We're Looking For** ✔ CRM Expertise - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms in a revenue management or sales operations capacity. ✔ Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. ✔ Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Management - Prior experience in CRM administration, sales analytics, or FP&A is a plus. ✔ Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, or data automation tools is an advantage. ✔ Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven - A structured approach to managing and optimizing CRM data and workflows. ✔ Collaborative & Strategic Mindset - Comfortable working across teams to improve CRM processes and drive revenue success. **Why Join Us?** Play a key role in optimizing revenue management and sales operations.
