**Job Description**:
**Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Account Coordinator will be**:Supporting and nourishing the daily partnership with the key clients - reporting to the European Customer Engagement Director
- Coordinating timely job briefs between clients and consultants at global level
- Ensuring pro-active follow-up on open vacancies
- Analyzing, preparing, and delivering data of large global key clients (SLAs, quality & quantity analysis )
- Ensuring regular update and flow of information (Large clients' projects, successes, challenges, improvements ideas etc.)
- Playing an active role in creating strategical insights on how to develop our portfolio of accounts
- Taking over and driving various internal projects and tasks
**Qualifications**:
**Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Speaking a proficient level of English
- Speaking another European language is highly valued
- Experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and detail oriented
- Analytical mindset
- Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
- Good level of Microsoft Office tool
