DESCRIPCIÓN

Our customer, an international holding company leader in the field of gaming is looking for a **PROJECT COORDINATOR** for their offices in Barcelona working 50% remotely. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the implementation of small scale and/or simple projects.

**Principle Duties and Responsibilities***:

- Supporting the Director of Technology and Project Managers in different project and portfolio planning activities.
- Reviewing and reporting the projects’ budgets and finances.
- Managing forecasts and assignment of resources.
- Creating, managing and distributing reports related to projects and portfolio.
- Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams.
- Initiate team building activities, retreats and anything that increase team spirit.
- Help creating a fun and positive work environment.
- Empower people to increase emotional energy and satisfaction.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

**Skills and Competencies**:

- External customer facing skills; strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Commercially aware with strong understanding of change in a business environment.
- Experience of managing multi-functional virtual on/offshore teams.
- Excellent leadership skills and team focus.
- Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency using MS Project and MS Office.
