This company is a multinational Call Center that works in various sectors such as airlines, banking, government, retail, and telecommunications. They work to make the interaction between customers and brands as easy as possible.

The Profile:

- You are trilingual with top communication skills in Spanish, English and French.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- EU resident, or valid work permit.
- Strong active listening skills.
- You are able to adapt/respond to different types of customer personalities.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- No prior experience needed however, some experience in customer service is a plus.
- Willing to work with companies in the airline sector.
- You’re ready to learn how to use airline apps and systems to create online flight bookings.

Your responsibilities:

- Receive and make outbound calls to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer inquiries.
- Help customers with bookings and reservations.
- Review comments and suggestions received from clients through different digital channels.
