- Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains).
- You are result oriented and always look for solutions.
- You have excellent communication and listening skills.
- Willing to learn.
- You are positive, motivated and proactive.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You’ll be the first point of contact for clients.
- Offer quick and effective assistance with inquiries.
- Update contact information, collect invoice, refund request, booking information and more.
- Leave customers with an excellent experience.
