**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Como Web Content Manager tu objetivo será garantizar el mantenimiento de los portales públicos de Santander España, gestionando las campañas de Sanflix, Web Comercial y NHB, mediante gestores de contenidos y plataformas digitales, asegurando la calidad de los contenidos publicados, gestionando las incidencias y manteniendo reuniones periódicas con los clientes.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Contribución, revisión y publicación de los cambios recibidos por parte de los usuarios en los diferentes portales a través de los CMS y herramientas correspondientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y de procedimientos establecido en cada momento. Mantenimiento de documentación de procesos, manuales, segregación funcional, políticas de escalado y cumplimientos de SLAs establecidos en contrato.
- Garantizar la calidad de los contenidos publicados.
- Reuniones periódicas con los clientes para realizar reuniones de seguimiento.
- Reporte y gestión de incidencias tanto de los CMS como de los diferentes entornos de trabajo en los portales.
- Responsable de la interlocución directa con el departamento de Marketing y Negocio de Santander España.
- Nexo entre el equipo de proyectos y el equipo de contribución para la asunción de los nuevos portales y su puesta en funcionamiento en el perímetro de Santander España.
- Garantizar la interlocución y la colaboración entre áreas de Negocio e IT para la planificación de despliegues y evolutivos y la posterior resolución de incidencias.

EXPERIENCIA
- Al menos cinco años de experiência profesional y uno de ellos como coordinadora.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura en Periodismo.
- Master en Marketing Digital y Empresas.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- CMS: Fatwire, Liferay, IBM, WordPress, Sharepoint
- Redacción de contenidos
- Lenguaje HTML y CSS
- Nível de inglés B2.
- Marketing digital.
- Alta capacidad resolutiva y de liderazgo.
- Gran capacidad de compromiso, aprendizaje y responsabilidad.
