Cybersecurity Team **is looking for a **Cybersecurity Workplace Security and Experience Manager **, based in our Boadilla office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Cybersecurity Workplace Security and Expierence Manager **, you will part of Santander Cyber Security Team, and you would be responsible for defining and implementing Santander Workplace Security and Experience strategy.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- To lead the definition and implementation of Workplace Security and Experience cybersecurity services
- To work closely to End User Technology, communication teams and other Global and Local Teams ensuring Workplace security solutions are aligned with the Group Strategy.
- To define the roadmap for new Workplace security solutions in collaboration with other functional and technical teams.
- Workplace continuous improvement, identifying new ways to work making it more secure while improving the user experience.
- Collaborating and coordinating with the Group, ensuring the correct implementation of the Workplace security solutions.
- Identifying new risks or gaps related with how we protect the Workplace, defining innovative solutions to protect the Group.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years experience related to Cyber Risk Management/Information Security

EDUCATION
- Degree such in computer science, engineering or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level of English
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of risk frameworks
