These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to supercharge their corporate travel. **The Role** We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As the Executive Assistant and EA Team Support you will join an existing team of EAs and PAs supporting our leadership team. Alongside supporting the CRO, you will also support other senior leaders in the company when needed as well as supporting general tasks on behalf of the EA team. **What will you be doing?** **Calendar, Travel and Logistics** - Manage travel arrangements for CRO and other relevant individuals, including booking flights, hotels, meals, and transportation, and handle last-minute changes. - Arrange logistics for internal, external and client meetings, including venue, catering, and post-meeting follow-up. - Organise and prepare monthly revenue meetings and leadership team offsites, ensuring all logístical details are handled efficiently. - Optimise and manage the CRO's calendar, ensuring strategic priorities remain at the forefront. - Help prioritise tasks and projects, ensuring focus on high-impact activities. - Create detailed itineraries with day-by-day schedules, encompassing all travel, meeting, and event details. - Prepare for meetings by ensuring all necessary materials, documents, and briefing notes are ready in advance. **Administrative, Financial and Reporting support** - Manage all administration of expenses and invoices, purchase orders, reimbursements for the Revenue team, its contractors and for team socials or other events. - Maintain a database of high-level contacts, key dates/deadlines, and special events (i.e. annual conferences). - Assist with planning and tracking key projects, ensuring progress is communicated to stakeholders - Compile sales and marketing reports, pulling data from various sources. Regularly update dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. **Communication and Correspondence** - Act as a communication bridge between the CRO and internal teams. - Identify and track networking opportunities, and assist in preparing for key conversations. - Be available to handle urgent situations that might arise **What will you need to succeed?** - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for Senior Leadership. - Proven expertise in managing a high-demand calendar, effectively prioritising and balancing competing requests with strategic focus. - Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CRO and the team. - Experience in a fast paced corporate environment preferably a high growth software or technology organisation. - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in office software and tools (G Suite, Zoom, Slack) and some invoicing tools. - Native level English a must with Spanish language skills are a plus. - Ability to travel between our European hubs (London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Barcelona, Berlin) TravelPerk doesn't require academic studies for this position.
