¿Qué buscamos?
Marsh necesita incorporar una persona en el departamento de Siniestros en la oficina de Madrid Avenida de Burgos dentro del equipo de Consumer & Commercial. Unidad centrada en el negocio B2B, B2C y B2B2C, donde somos líderes en los nichos más relevantes de este segmento: Automoción, renting de equipos, telefonía móvil, y donde prestamos servicios de Claims Handling y TPA con los más altos níveles de calidad y customización del mercado.
Contaremos contigo para realizar las siguientes funciones:
Reportando al Mánager de la unidad de negocio, se responsabilizará de la gestión integral de un portfolio que incluye clientes y tramitaciones de siniestros incluyendo siniestros de daños corporales con techo de autonomía.
Mantendrá una interacción permanente con Clientes, encargándose de facilitar la información necesaria sobre la evolución de los trámites y prestando el asesoramiento requerido.
Supervisará la administración realizada por Aseguradores y profesionales interviniendo cuando sea preciso para garantizar la mejor defensa de los intereses del Cliente y agilizar la indemnización de los siniestros a su cargo.
Monitorizará y prestará soporte al equipo de tramitación a su cargo, asegurando los níveles de rendimiento marcados por el responsable de área.
**Requisitos**:
- Se valorará Titulación superior en Derecho
- Más de cinco años de experiência en Aseguradora como tramitador de siniestros Cicos con gestiones de tramitación junior en siniestros de daños corporales.
- Sólidos conocimientos de Derecho de Seguros y de la práctica aseguradora relacionada con la administración de siniestros en el ramo de Responsabilidad Civil
- Habilidades negociadoras en entornos complejos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (tanto orales como por escrito) y relación a todos los níveles.
- Elevada capacidad organizativa, para priorizar objetivos, cumplir plazos y resolver problemas.
- Orientado al servicio al Cliente, externo e interno
Se ofrece:
- Contrato indefinido
- Jornada Completa (Lunes a Jueves de 09:00 a 18:15 y Viernes de 09:00 a 15:00)

Calls or writes to insured or other involved persons for missing or supplemental information and posts or attaches information to claim file to ensure proper follow up correspondence is being maintained.
Identifies potential policies and coverages for incoming claims, seeks validation where necessary, and advice where uncertain or clarification required in order to prepare for the proper processing of claims.
