As a **Junior** **Influencer & KOL**Specialist**you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and building long-term relationships with creators, ambassadors, and profiles aligned with our community. Their goal is to transform gifting into a strategic positioning tool, generating authentic relationships that drive desire and organic brand visibility. **We’ll give you a deeper look into the role**: - Research and identify profiles aligned with HOFF’s values, aesthetics, and community (creators, ambassadors, cultural figures, etc.). - Manage and coordinate gifting shipments, ensuring each action reinforces the brand’s positioning and values. - Follow up on and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts (KOLs, micro-influencers, friends of the brand). - Collaborate with the Brand & PR team to develop coherent and scalable community strategies. - Spot content opportunities or potential collaborations for the PR team and Álvaro to develop. - Measure and report both qualitative and quantitative results of the actions carried out. **Interested?** **Here's the kind of profile we're looking for**️️ **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. **Experience**:not mandatory**but previous experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications is a plus but not mandatory. **Location**: Madrid with a hybrid mode or Alicante - our HQ are in Elche Parque Industrial **We are international A proficency level of Spanish & English is required.
