The Role: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns. Job Functions ● Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives. ● Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines. ● Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients. ● Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes. ● Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors. ● Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging. ● Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development. Requirements ● Minimum 5years of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency. ● Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation. ● Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends. ● Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics. ● Excellent communication and organization skills. ● Fluent in English Benefits Hybrid Work Modality: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our flexible hybrid work setup, working 3 days from the office, designed to connect, create, and inspire.
