ISV Strategic Sales Programs Manager-22000AL4 **Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages***: English **Preferred Qualifications** Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization. **Responsibilities** The Oracle ISV Business Development team is responsible for accelerating adoption of Oracle Cloud services and driving incremental revenue growth with and through Independent Software Vendors (ISVs. The focus of this role is focused on two sales motions. First, Sell to New ISVs and secondly, Sell through ISVs. The person will coordinate our go to market efforts activities to help our sales teams sell to new ISVs and expand our partner’s software solutions on Oracle Cloud. 5+ years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred. Proven track record in managing multiple projects and ability to support stakeholders with competing priorities. Experienced leader comfortable developing high impact programs and strategies for Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions. Preferred qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, or business development, alliances, etc.) in the technology market is required. - Cloud / SaaS positioning and selling - Create and progress strategies to approach new logo ISVs - Prior work with ISV business models - Excellent ability to build and deliver compelling sales propositions - Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills to drive engagement with senior managers, peers and customers across the region and around the world. - Strong customer and partner facing experience is required - Strong program management skills are required. - A Bachelor's level degree, or equivalent, is required - The ability to travel (
