**About the opportunity**: We are looking for a People Effectiveness Program Manager. You'll report to our Head of People Effectiveness and will be their right hand when it comes to coordination of complex People projects, maintenance of a People roadmap, and coordination of the People budget. Your role is at the heart of making our People function more organised and less siloed. You will drive efficiency through use of data to quantify and demonstrate progress in meeting our strategic goals. You have a super power for keeping projects on track and giving early warning to key stakeholders of risks and dependencies. You have a bias for action and love to create order out of chaos. **In this role, you will**: - Manage projects ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget - Compile needed information across parties and ensure tasks are completed by stakeholders. - Create project documentation and updates that are easy to understand and standardised. - Ingest and analyse vast amounts of data to scope new improvement opportunities - Simplify complicated cross functional issues to enable quick decisions by leadership - Map, determine and improve processes across People Team - Prepare presentations and communicate findings from projects to important partners - Connect and work in partnership with many colleagues from People, Risk, Finance and beyond **What you need to be successful**:**Background**: - 2-3 years of professional experience in project management - Passionate about People and Banking / Technology - Experienced in environments that contain a lot of ambiguity - Experience of working in a regulated banking environment in a People function is a plus - Financial experience is a plus **Skills**: - Experience in project management: Ability to plan, organise and coordinate resources to achieve results from complex company wide initiatives.
