Desde Marlex Great People estamos colaborando con una importante empresa ubicada en Barcelona (cerca de la zona de La Sagrera), especializada desarrollar software de gestión (ERP i CRM) para clientes del sector deportivo.
Actualmente, la empresa se encuentra en pleno momento de crecimiento, y quiere incorporar **un/a CUSTOMER SUCCESS & SUPPORT** en su equipo Tech & Customer.
¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
En dependencia del equipo de Customer, tus principales funciones a realizar serán
- Garantizar la retención de clientes a largo plazo.
- Presentar información sobre los productos a los clientes.
- Abordar problemas con el cliente y colaborar con el equipo de ventas a ventas adicionales y renovaciones.
- Soporte técnico para resolver las consultas de los clientes para garantizar experiências positivas y mantener la satisfacción.
- Unificar las consultas, dudas y problemas de los clientes.
- Analizar tendencias y predecir necesidades.

- Jornada de lunes a viernes, jornada flexible con entrada de 8h-10h, y con jornada intensiva los viernes

- Dispones de formación en CFGS o Grado Universitario en campo tecnológico o dispones de experiência previa en posiciones de Customer Success, Customer Service, Atención al Cliente, Soporte al Cliente....
- Se valorará conocimientos o experiência en Atención al Cliente, y soporte en softwares de gestión.
- Dispones de un buen nível de español y catalán.
- Consideras que tienes capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo, así como capacidad de trato con clientes.
- Te interesa una posición donde aprender y crecer en una empresa puntera a nível tecnológico.
