In the role of Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls to exist-ing customers - helping them with their questions about orders and products, in doing so you will contribute to achieving the goals set by the client.
A big part of your job is to make sure the customer receives a world-class service and to establish and build long-term relationships with customers.
You will work in our new spacious office in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become a part of the our company family. As our new colleague, you will experience a professional work environment focusing on unity, development, and diversity.
General Tasks:
- Supporting and answering incoming calls
- Supporting and answer questions via chat
- Answer queries on social media platforms
- Ongoing focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer contact - including a focus on constant improvement of our customer measurements - such as customer satisfaction
- Follow processes and procedures laid out within the project
- Work together as a core unit and reach the goal set

**Requirements**:
You have native level Dutch / Swedish / Norwegian language skills
