**Company Description**
We're on a journey to redefine the Digital Employee Experience space, and we need an experienced **Senior Technical Recruiter**who's up for the challenge. You won't just be filling roles; you'll be a strategic advisor and partner to our Engineering and Product leaders.
- ** Leadership Collaboration**:As a consultative partner to senior hiring managers, help them to navigate the talent landscape, develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent, and solve people-related challenges.
- ** Project Participation**: Actively engage in cross-functional projects to propel the organization and function forward—such as diversity initiatives, employer branding, internship programs, networking initiatives, and onboarding enhancements.
**Qualifications**
- **
6+ Years of Proven Experience**: Emphasis on technical recruitment is non-negotiable.
- ** Partnership Mindset**: Ability to consult, support, and solution with hiring managers. Prior HRBP experience is a plus.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Experience recruiting software developers across diverse tech stacks at scale.
- ** Industry Insight**: Background in the software/IT industry and a genuine passion for technology.
- ** Global Communication**: Proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.
- ** Autonomous Workflow**: Can manage high-volume, fast-paced, international recruiting campaigns independently.
- ** Customer Focus**: Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Detail-oriented**: Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities.
- ** Confidentiality**: Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
